Wendy’s real estate career began by circumstance in 1999. In an effort to relocate to the beautiful island of Key West Wendy accepted a job as an assistant to a top producing real estate agent. As it turned out her love for the island and desire to reside here was the perfect tool to launch her job into a successful career. Within a month she was licensed and began selling real estate. Within a year her career was proving to be successful, she purchased a house and knew she would be calling this lovely island home for a long time. She shares the same passion for her product as her customers and truly enjoys assisting them in their real estate needs whether buying or selling.

She considers it a privilege to work and live in this diverse community. She was born and raised in Angola, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in Business and Merchandising. Her Midwestern roots left her with a fondness for an intimate community and Key West had her feeling right at home from the first visit. Add gorgeous landscape and an average temperature of 77 degrees to the equation and she is here to stay.

She is married to local real estate appraiser, Matt Zintsmaster of Bone Island Appraisal Company. They are fortunate to be raising two delightful little girls on the island and look forward to the many successful years to come.
