Keith’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) professional background is extensive and national, and includes: (1) CRE lending at a major downtown Houston bank where his portfolio exceeded $300 million and where he was featured in Texas Banker magazine, (2) Vice President of Development with Boyle Investment Company, a prominent regional developer in Memphis, (3) Vice President of ‘in house’ CRE investment nationally with a privately held Wall Street firm based New York City, and, (4) Director of Development & Brokerage for SC Advisors, an influential CRE development advisory firm based in Orlando, where he was tasked with brokerage of numerous transactions including locating and purchasing prime bank branch locations throughout the state of Florida for CNL Bank, a growing regional bank at the time.
His educational background includes a BBA, majoring in finance, from Baylor University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, with a focus on the development process, American architectural history, and historic preservation.
In Key West, Keith led the commercial team at Doug Mayberry Real Estate for five years and assumed the same role at Truman & Company in early 2016.
