It takes a lot of patience, dedication, and hard work to become a top producing real estate agent, and as hard, to keep that position. Take, for instance, real estate agent Michael Sorah, who has been in the business for over a decade now.
In 2009 Michael received his real estate license and set his sights on the luxury, waterfront and historical homes niche in the greater St. Pete Beach area. Michael quickly shot to the top of his field. Year after year Michael has achieved numerous awards in regards to real estate sales and customer satisfaction, whether it be the purchase or sale of a home. Michael has consistently achieved multi-million dollar producer status.
Because of his long list of achievements, Michael has achieved Guild status with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, which is known globally amongst the luxury home real estate brokers and agents. It is an elite status amongst this group of top producers. This status means he has handled the sale of multi-million dollar homes successfully, and has a vast knowledge of historic and modern architecture and high-end accessories for these types of homes. Another achievement of Michael’s real estate career is that every home he has put on the market has sold.
In 2003 Michael made his first trip to the Florida Keys and Key West and immediately fell in love with the Keys, its history and beauty. Over the years Michael has taken many trips and has spent extensive time in the Keys & Key West. Michael now resides as a full time resident in Key West and definitely has a passion for the area, which he refers to as “paradise”.
Of course, life isn’t all about work with Michael. When Michael isn’t marketing properties for his customers or assisting customers to find their new home, Michael is just like every other person who enjoys life’s rich tapestry.
Michael is a yachter, sailboater, flats fisherman, and kiteboarder. This knowledge of boating and being part of the boating, cruising, and fishing community has served him well in his real estate career. Michael understands the waterfront home needs of this community and speaks their language. When not on the water Michael enjoys the arts. Michael is a salsa dancer and a graduate of the world famous Simone Salsa Dance School in Tampa, FL. Michael is also a jazz saxophonist, and has been playing since he was 8 years old. Michael’s other interests include his collection of pre-war antique Indian motorcycles, which he does ride, and work on these vintage machines. Michael is self-taught on historical homes, their architectural construction, functions, and styles. Michael is also involved in giving back to the community and is a supporter of The Turtle Hospital in Marathon, FL. and CCA – Coastal Conservation Association.
Michael only commits to giving the best quality customer service and representation. Just give him a call for all your real estate needs in Key West & the Florida Keys, and he will make you his priority.
